If there’s one person you can depend on to set a trend in the world of nails, it’s Korean nail artist and manicurist Eun Kyung Park (@nail_unistella). From glass nails to shadow nails, she’s blazed a trail with her incredibly chic works of genius. The latest manicure she’s all about? Bracelet nails. This trend might seem similar to using thin strips of nail tape, but upon closer inspection, it’s quite a lot more intricate and inspired by thin, colourful and embellished festival bracelets.

It’s only been about three months since she first posted a picture of this type of nail art on her Instagram, but it appears to have since become her most requested manicure.

One thing I love about the trend is its versatility. If you’re someone who prefers very simple and almost naked nail art, you can simply get the art done on a clear base coat. Otherwise, it can be done over any base colour or layered over other types of nail art, depending on how complex you want it to be. It can even be done in a fun mix of colours and more typical jewellery tones of gold and silver.

Keep scrolling to see some of the gorgeous intricate ‘bracelet’ nail art designs.
