Let’s do a simple mental exercise, and think about how often you use your hands.

You’ll come into the office, and perhaps you’ll start with a trip to the pantry to wash your hands (we’re still in a pandemic, after all), before rinsing your coffee mug. You’ll have a morning meeting with a client, where you’ll shake their hand, and then you’ll head back to your desk where you’ll type up a few reports. After coming back from lunch, you’ll rinse of your reusable utensils and get a mug of water to drink at your desk. Midway through the afternoon, you’ll remember you’ve touched quite a lot of surfaces, so you reach for your hand sanitiser.

Throughout the work day, your hands do plenty for you so treat them to one of these nourishing hand creams that you can keep at your work desk, and restore your skin to its soft, bouncy feel.
