Sigi Skin Dew Potion

This is dewy skin done right. My skin is instantly hydrated and soothed, and it looks plumped, refreshed and noticeably radiant.

With the constant heat and humidity that we battle in Singapore, in addition to the cold and dry air-conditioning in our offices, malls and homes, it is no wonder that our skin is either dry and thirsty, or dehydrated yet oily. To ensure that skin stays well-hydrated and balanced, keep a facial mist handy to give skin a boost of moisture any time, anywhere.

What It Is:

A 100 per cent natural essence mist that hydrates, soothes and nourishes skin on the go.

Its Claims:

It not only hydrates skin, but its antioxidant-rich formula also protects it against pollution at the same time.

Key Ingredients:

Anti-inflammatory camomile extract soothes and heals skin. Aqua 3G or glyceryl-glucoside, which is extracted from algae, intensely hydrates, while maqui berry, said to be rich in vitamins A and C, calcium, iron and potassium, reduces the signs of ageing and collagen loss.

It’s not as watery as other facial mists, yet remains light on the skin, absorbing easily to hydrate it.

What Happened When We Used It:

The lightweight mist instantly soothed our dry skin and left no tacky feeling behind. It left skin so supple that we couldn’t stop reaching for it throughout the day.

We found this easy to use – just a few spritzes were enough to hydrate the entire face. It also complemented our existing skincare, replacing our separate toner and essence on some occasions. We found the fresh scent very uplifting too.

We even used Dew Potion as a pre-makeup booster, as instructed, to give skin a dewy glow. Spritz a little on a makeup sponge, and use it to apply your favourite foundation to create a natural-looking second-skin finish.

But when the weather got too hot or humid, we found that the mist sat more heavily on the skin. What we did then: Use it as the last step of our night-time skincare routine to help lock in moisture through the night. It’s that versatile.

And of course, we can’t get enough of the aesthetically chic millennial-pink packaging.
