Past your 30s, skin concerns rarely arrive alone. There’s the hint of laxity at the lower face, fine lines that weren’t there a few years ago, and dark spots that shrug off every brightening serum you try. Treating them usually means multiple appointments and recovery windows, or a complicated roster of treatments.

TitaFrax, BMF’s Clinic’s signature five-wavelength laser treatment for skin rejuvenation, takes a streamlined approach: two laser technologies combined into one session, without the need for multiple appointments.

This year, the treatment was recognised as Best Multi-Action Laser Treatment at the Her World Spa and Hair Awards 2026.

A dual-laser treatment customised for your skin

TitaFrax runs in two back-to-back stages, taking around 20 to 25 minutes, excluding another 30 minutes for skin analysis, doctor consultation and skin numbing.

The first, Soprano Titanium Lifting, uses three wavelengths of laser energy to generate heat at different depths beneath the skin. This helps to stimulate collagen and improve skin firmness, with a focus on the jawline and lower face.

The second, MultiFrax Laser, works at the surface level. Using dual wavelengths, it targets concerns such as rough texture, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone and dark spots. The treatment is also designed to be suitable for those with darker skin tones.

From consultation to glow

Spa and Hair Awards reviewer Moh Shuying went in with a familiar set of concerns: a slightly sensitive complexion with fine lines along the forehead, some laxity at her lower face and minor dark spots across her cheeks.

The session began with a consultation, where the doctor explained the entire process, examining her complexion and identifying which areas would be the focus for the treatment.

The treatment itself was done in a private room, where her skin was cleansed and numbing cream was applied before the treatment began. The session concluded with a soothing sheet mask to calm any immediate redness, followed by a moisturiser and exosomes serum – the latter to support healing and recovery.

Throughout, she notes that “the staff was extremely professional, helpful and kept me well informed of all the steps and what they were doing.”

The lifting results were apparent to Shuying soon after.

“My jawline appeared sharper and more lifted,” she says. A week on, her skin felt smoother and more even, and took on a fresher overall quality, while the dark spots around her cheeks appeared lighter.

What surprised her most, however, was an unexpected bonus: she’d been prone to tiny, persistent bumps on her face. A couple of weeks after the treatment, she noticed they had become less pronounced and new ones weren’t appearing.

One thing that distinguishes TitaFrax from other laser treatments is its flexibility. The doctor at BMF Clinic adjusts the intensity and settings of both the Soprano Titanium and MultiFrax components based on each patient’s primary concerns, meaning the treatment is tailored to your skin’s needs.
