Actress and content creator Kimberly Chia (@kimberlychia) has long been admired for her fresh, natural beauty aesthetic and practical approach to skincare. Rather than chasing every new trend, the 31-year-old believes the best routines are the ones that are simple, consistent and tailored to your skin’s needs.

“I think my beauty superpower is simplifying complicated routines into simple, understandable routines built for your skin,” she says.

Having grown up in the public eye, transitioning into content creation felt like a natural way to stay connected with her audience.

“Social media started as a way to keep in touch with my followers, and then expanded into sharing my favourite products and the things I genuinely love.”

As this year’s Her World x Shopee Beauty Awards wellness category judge, Kimberly championed products that support beauty from the inside out. For her, the best wellness products aren’t just backed by buzz—they’re the ones that genuinely improve both skin health and overall quality of life.

“Beauty is about understanding your skin and finding products that work for you and fit into your lifestyle,” she says.

Sunscreen! It’s so important for anti-ageing.

What’s been your favourite beauty discovery from this year’s Her World x Shopee Beauty Awards?

I’m happy to see that most of the products I’m currently using were already on the list! My favourites have still got to be The Purest Co. and Dokidoki.
