Mandopop icon Jolin Tsai turned heads at the 40th Golden Disc Awards on Saturday, held at Taiwan’s Taipei Dome. Stunning in an architectural, figure-hugging C.Dam outfit, she had fans buzzing long before taking the stage.

What really captured attention was her incredibly youthful appearance. The 45-year-old pop diva, who presented the Rookie of the Year award to boy band CORTIS and lip-synced What You Want with members James (20) and Keon Ho (16), quickly became the focus of social media chatter. 

Fans gushed in the comments, saying things like, “I can’t believe ‘Mummy’ Jolin has an age gap of 25 with one and 29 with the other.” Others added, “Mummy always looks so youthful.”

Jolin is currently on her Pleasure World Tour, which kicked off on December 30, supporting her 15th studio album, Pleasure (2025), a bold exploration of the seven deadly sins. This marks her sixth concert tour, where she continues to showcase her signature energy and charisma on stage.

It’s not the first time Jolin’s radiant complexion has had fans speculating about her anti-aging secrets. A firm believer in an inside-out approach to beauty and wellness, she shared on her Pleasure Talks podcast that a recent bout of jet lag during a U.S. trip prompted her to start sleeping earlier—sometimes as early as 9 p.m.—as a “promise she made to her body.” “Being disciplined gives us freedom,” she quipped, noting that going to bed earlier has allowed her to do more each day, perform at her best, and consistently showcase her most radiant self.
