4 real women tell us why Clé de Peau Beauté’s The Serum is the daily radiance boost we need
The reformulation of this best-selling product is Radiance Reborn
By Her World team -
Radiance is more than just outer beauty – that’s the mantra at Clé de Peau Beauté. The brand believes that radiance is a reflection of strength, intelligence and character; it’s a force for positive change.
Also, radiance often emanates from within, in the form of joy and beauty. It’s optimism, inspiration and the power to make a difference.
Clé de Peau Beauté is bringing this concept to life through the reformulation of one of its heroes and best-selling products, The Serum. Initially created over a decade ago, this significant new formula brings benefits such as fortifying the skin barrier and accelerating cellular turnover.
It also helps to slow the visual progression of ageing with two new advances – Radiant Lily Concentrate supports skin intelligence for barrier recovery and improvement in moisture levels, while Lemon Myrtle Extract helps to maintain the skin’s potential to renew itself and slow down the visual progression of ageing.
The Serum is recommended to be applied directly after cleansing as this allows the formula to work on a fundamental level without obstacles, interference or dilution.
It’s an advanced first skincare step that supports the skin’s intelligent ability to renew and defend itself over time.
The luxuriously silky formula instantly absorbs into the skin. Your skin will feel smoother and more radiant in just one day.
By week four, your skin will be less rough, with fine lines reduced as well as improved plumpness and radiance. We got four inspirational women to put Clé de Peau Beauté’s The Serum to the test. Here’s what they had to say about the product and what radiance means to them.

Bipasha Minocha, group chief marketing officer, Etonhouse International Education Group
Bipasha believes that radiance isn’t just about looking good; it’s about feeling amazing and letting that energy light up the world around you. It’s that inner spark of kindness, confidence and authenticity that shines brighter than any glow-inducing makeup product.
It is, therefore, not surprising that she has discovered in her personal growth journey that “the best makeup is…no makeup. “Being comfortable in your skin, owning every stage of your journey – that’s the real glow-up,” she shares. “Beauty isn’t about perfection; it’s about owning your evolution. When you feel good about yourself, that confidence radiates in everything you do.”
Bipasha sees ‘Radiance Reborn’ as rediscovering that glow that comes from within, no matter what life throws at you. “It’s about reigniting your inner light so it shines through every part of your life and the people around you,” she adds.
Bipasha was a mentor in Her World’s inaugural Mentorship Programme in 2023, where empowered women provided guidance and fostered growth in young women. She views using The Serum as like giving her skin a daily pep talk – “It’s that little boost that says, ‘You’ve got this,’ and makes you feel unstoppable, radiating confidence without even trying.”
Sabrina Ho, founder and CEO of career platform Half The Sky and Her World Tribe member
When Sabrina found her company, Half The Sky, it redefined radiance for her as a deep sense of purpose that goes beyond just external beauty. She sees radiance as “the energy, passion and authenticity that a woman carries with her, reflecting her true self”.
“In my profession, I reflect radiance through my commitment to creating equal opportunities for women in the workplace,” she says. “Personally, I project this theme by staying true to myself and embracing vulnerability, which allows me to connect with others authentically.”
Since using The Serum, Sabrina’s skin feels revitalised and she has noticed a refreshed glow, which naturally boosts her confidence, especially before important meetings or public appearances where she needs to feel her best.
Sabrina, who is part of the Her World Tribe, a community of inspirational women committed to using their voice and influence to impact society, has the following advice for women looking to discover and embrace their radiance – don’t wait for others to validate you. Find your radiance by embracing yourself FULLY, your strengths, flaws and weaknesses; celebrate your unique journey. “Radiance comes from self-love and knowing your worth, so invest in yourself – whether through skincare or personal growth,” she shares.
Sindhu Achudan, data and UX research, a mentee in the Her World Mentorship Programme 2024
Radiance is a harmonious blend of inner peace and outward confidence, says Sindhu. It’s a glow that comes from feeling good about yourself and sharing that positivity with others.
Growing up in a mixed-race family, Sindhu was exposed to a diverse range of beauty standards. This has shaped her perception of beauty and radiance: “It helped me appreciate the beauty that exists in all cultures and backgrounds, and not just confined to a single standard. It’s a celebration of diversity and the unique qualities that make each individual special.
She discovered her radiance at a turning point in her life, when she realised she was constantly striving for more, driven by fear of missing out.
“This introspection led me to reassess my priorities and find a more fulfilling path,” she recalls. “By letting go of the pressure to be the best, I discovered a new found sense of peace and happiness.”
For Bipasha, the concept of Radiance Reborn represents the power of resilience. It’s about rising from the ashes, stronger and more radiant than before. It’s a reminder that even in the darkest times, there’s always hope for renewal and growth, she says.
Ng Kok Yin, senior product manager, a mentee in the Her World Mentorship Programme 2024
Kok Yin sees radiance as two-fold – outer radiance and inner radiance. She thinks that, as a society, we are fixated on outer radiance, achieved through makeup. However, it is inner radiance which really make us glow everyday. How do we achieve this? Through happiness from within, she says.
Her perception of beauty and radiance has evolved over the years too. “Growing up is realising that your radiance comes from your inner confidence and joy,” she shares. “If I feel beautiful or happy, it doesn’t matter if I have makeup on or not – I can be radiant regardless.”
Kok Yin has some important advice for her younger self – appreciate what you have and, most importantly, appreciate yourself. “Learn to know yourself and find out what are your strengths to build your confidence,” she adds.
