Get ready for a massive, mouthwatering Japanese epicurean adventure with over 20 activities and events happening from 21 April to 31 May 2015.

Indulge in exquisite, carefully crafted menus from international guest chefs like, Chef Hal Yamashita from Syun (known for his signature contemporary Japanese cuisine), Iron Chef Chen Kenichi from Shisen Hanten (famed for whipping up delectable Szechuan delicacies) with his son, celebrity chef Chen Kentaro, and Iron Chef Hiroyuki Sakai (specialising in Jap-French delights) from ME@OUE.

Some highlights include An Evening Soiree with Suntory Whiskies on 22 April, at 1-Altitude Gallery & Bar, a tasting session of premium whiskies accompanied by a selection of choice canapes, and Nihon Ryori with the sakes of Taka on 14 May, at Takumi Kacyo, where you’ll get to sample delicate, elegantly prepared sashimi and sushi with sake pairings.

For those who appreciate a tipple after a long day at work, 12 bespoke cocktail bars, like Nutmeg & Clove, FOC and Maison Ikkoku, will also be participating in Mixology Asia to showcase exclusively concocted cocktails for the duration of Gourmet Japan.

And for JCB card members, there’s further good news – as the presenting partner of Gourmet Japan, JCB is offering attractive discounts off all ticketed events and Mixology Asia, a 15 per cent off all International Guest Chef promotional menus, and special promotions at Uma Uma Ramen at Forum The Shopping Mall.
