I love the unique varieties of prata offered at Springleaf Prata Place, but it is its Rail Mall branch that has more a comfortable setting – it is less cramped, for one! You must have the coin prata when you visit this place. It is a miniature version of their plain pratas, but taste-wise, it is in a league of its own! The coin pratas are crispy, chewy, buttery and very fragrant. Have them with their legendary mutton curry! – Nikki Ho, senior designer

4. PRATA WALA

The service takes a while here, but the wait is worth it because the pratas are just so good! I would recommend the plain prata, which is crispy on the outside but oh-so-fluffy inside. The pratas here aren’t the crispiest, but they are very tasty. I like the cheese varieties, especially the Cheese Garlic Prata.
