CLEAN BRUSHES AND COMBS
Remove any grime or oil and product build-up in your combs by soaking them in some warm water mixed with 1 tbsp of baking soda. Rinse and allow to dry.
CLEAN THE MICROWAVE
Instead of cif or other hardy cream cleansers, add a few drops of water to baking soda and use it with a clean, damp sponge to clean the microwave. Once you’re done, give your microwave a once over with the sponge again.
CLEAN SMELLY SPONGES
Soak used sponges and clothes in a mixture of 1L of warm water and 5 tbsp of baking soda

Sprinkle baking soda onto a stain and scrub with a toothbrush.

REMOVE ODOURS FROM YOUR TRASH CAN
Sprinkle a good layer of baking soda at the bottom of your plastic lining.
Pour ½ cup of baking soda down your drain and add ½ cup vinegar to your drain after. It’ll fizz, and smell vinegar-y by will fade off quickly. Your drain will also be less clogged.
KEEP YOUR CUPBOARDS AND DRAWERS FRESH
For unscented air freshener, pour baking soda into a stocking, enough to form a small ball, and knot it at the top. Leave it in your cupboards.
REMOVE ODOUR FROM FABRICS
Perfect for pet owners. After cleaning your pet’s pee stains etc, finish the job by pouring a good amount of baking soda all over the stain. Leave it overnight and vacuum after.
CLEAN YOUR TOILET
Add a cup of baking soda into your toilet bowl. Sprinking it all over the inside of the bowl. Leave it there for an hour and flush to clean your bowl after.
