Makes 1 log cake
3/4 tub Wilton Chocolate
1 1/2 tbsp water
1 ready-made Swiss roll
1/2 small, ready-made Swiss roll

1 Mix the icing with the water, a little at a time, and stir until smooth.
2 Place the large Swiss roll on a cake board. Using a spatula, spread a large spoonful of the icing mixture on it.
3 Cut the small Swiss roll into two to make the branches.
4 Place the two branches on or by the side of the large Swiss roll and spread the icing mixture over them.
5 Run a fork gently across the log cake to create a bark-like texture.
6 Place the sugar decorations on the log cake. Top with the sifted snow powder.
