This recipe for four makes spicy pasta with a wonderful zing in just 20 minutes. For lovers of spicy food, make this recipe for four extra spicy by adding chopped chili padi at the last step.

300g San Remo Vegeroni Spirals
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 large onion, sliced
6 tbsp Holly Farm Instant Tom Yam Paste*
2 cans Ayam Brand Tuna Light, drained
5 pieces kaffir lime (limau purut) leaves
5 tbs lemon juice Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cook the pasta in slightly salted, boiling water for 8 min. Drain and run it under tap water. Set aside.
  2. Fry the garlic and onions until slightly brown. Add the tom yam paste and fry for another 2 min.
  3. Add the tuna flakes and kaffir lime leaves and fry for 5 min.
  4. Add the pasta and mix well. Stir in the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
