Cheatfeed Decor

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

4 frozen crabsticks, cooked and shredded

100g tako (octopus) sashimi, thinly sliced

½ small Japanese cucumber, julienned

4 cherry tomatoes, quartered

2 tbsp Japanese mayonnaise

1 tbsp ebiko (prawn roe)

DIRECTIONS

Toss together the crabsticks, tako, Japanese cucumber, cherry tomatoes and mayonnaise until ingredients are well coated.

Top with the ebiko and serve.
