2 packets Maggi instant noodles

1 medium carrot, sliced
1 bunch pak choi, chopped
1 tbsp light soya sauce
½ packet N instant satay gravy

DIRECTIONS
1 Boil the instant noodles in a saucepan for 2-3min (don’t add the flavour sachet), then drain.

2 Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the capsicum and carrots, and cook for 2-3min.

3 Add the pak choi and cook for 2min. Add the light soya sauce and cooked noodles. Toss to combine.

4 Transfer to a large bowl and cover it to keep it warm.

5 Heat up the instant satay gravy in a small pot for about 3min, stirring constantly. Pour the satay sauce over the noodles and serve.

Tip: If the satay sauce is too thick, stir through 2-3 tbsp of water when warming it up.
