Serves 2 to 3
200g Borges Spaghetti
7 tbsp Ay Chiwawa! Ole Guacamole
2 boxes John West Salmon Slices Lemon & Cracked Pepper, broken into small chunks
4 pitted black olives, sliced
4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 Cook the spaghetti for 5-7min in a pot of salted boiling water. Drain and place on a plate.
2 Mix the spaghetti with the guacamole so it’s evenly coated.
3 Add the salmon and all the oil from the tin, and the black olives. Toss well with the spaghetti then top with cherry tomatoes and serve.
