Double-boiled nashi pear with red date

Serves 2

1. Place nashi pear (cut into wedges), 1 dried red date, 6 dried longans and 1 small pandan leaf in each of two bowls.
2. Melt 20g rock sugar in 200ml water in a small pot over medium heat. Divide the syrup equally into the bowls and steam for 90min.
