1. Cursing meditation

If you find traditional meditation too pretentious, try “F*ck That: An Honest Meditation”, a new type of mediation which has been making its rounds on the Internet. Who says that profanity-laced language isn’t zen?

2. Rage Yoga

Some people find the seriousness of yoga intimidating. But if you throw in a beer, some swear words and lots of laughter, those on the sidelines might just be convinced to give it a try. Creator Lindsay Istace wrote on the website that Rage Yoga is “a practice involving stretching, positional exercises and bad humor, with the goal of attaining good health and to become zen as f*ck.”

3. Play games

There are times when you can’t squeeze out enough time from your busy schedule to go for a run, or you may be the type of person who just can’t sit still through a session of meditation. Why not try playing some stress-busting games to distract yourself from the frustration you’re feeling? You may just come back to the tabled issue with a fresher perspective. Try Angry Games, a website that aggregates simple games you can play if you’ve gotten bored of the games on the App Store or Google Play.
