The Singapore Heart Foundation-Life Insurance Association Heart Health Hub (SHF-LIA HHH), which provides support to cardiac patients and individuals at risk of heart disease, will be celebrating its first anniversary with a series of complimentary activities for the public from 11 April to 25 April. 

Besides a slew of talks revolving around heart health, there will also be an Open House on 14 April, which will feature fun workout sessions, movie screenings and more. Moreover, members of the public can sign up for cardiac risk assessments on 18 and 19 April at just $4/pax – these will comprise screenings such as body mass index calculations, blood glucose tests, waist circumference measurements.
