It showcases a range of wholesome dishes that aim to nourish his body and mind, such as Herbal Sea Cucumber Stew with Maca (a natural stress buster), and Braised fish maw with leeks.

Xi Yan, known for their fine-dining courses, goes casual with an affordable yet equally enticing menu for Father’s Day. Some of the dishes on the menu are the drunken chicken with Chinese plum and wine, stir fried rib eye with pickled green mango, stir fried Sichuan garlic prawns, silken tofu with salted yolk broth, and sago with coconut and palm sugar.
