INGREDIENTS
100ml fresh milk
2 tbsp Gryphon Tea Xoxolat (say sho-sho-lat) Hojicha or 1 tbsp Popcorn Matcha premix*

DIRECTIONS
1 Warm the milk and froth it with a milk frother.
2 Place the hojicha or matcha premix in a glass.
3 Add a dash of the frothed milk and stir until the premix dissolves. Top with the remaining frothed milk.
4 Top the hojicha latte with a sprinkle of the hojicha premix; garnish the matcha latte with rice pops.

Editor’s note: To froth milk without a frother, whisk the warm milk with a wire whisk until a layer of foam forms.
