CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

Whip up this easy-peasy dessert in a microwave oven (yes, you read that right) in just one minute.

MAKE IT!
1. Sift ¼ cup all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, 3 tsp castor sugar, a pinch of salt and ¼ tsp baking powder in a mixing bowl.

Add ¼ cup + 1 tbsp milk and 2 tbsp vegetable oil, and whisk until the batter is smooth.

Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug, leaving some space at the top to allow the cake to rise slightly.
4. 
Drop 1 square of chocolate into the batter.
5. 
Microwave on high for 1min. The cooking time varies for each oven, so keep watch over your cake.
