Not only has the team created six new prints designed specially for the range, it’s also extended its girls’ cheongsams sizes to 12 years, as well as added cheongsams for baby girls, rompers for baby boys, and matching tops for mums. Plus, the team has added adorable flower and lantern embroidery details to the pieces. Prices range from $45 to $55 for the baby outfits, $45 to $69 for the kids, and $69 for a sleeveless blouse for mummy.

If you want a designer’s touch, go for these stylish mummy-daughter dresses from hip Singapore retailer, Nana & Bird. Part of the capsule collection created in collaboration with Malaysian designer Cassey Gan and inspired by both Nana & Bird and Gan’s favourite movie, The Grand Budapest Hotel, this hero piece was named for the movie’s director, Wes Anderson. The Cassey Gan X Nana & Bird Wes dress is $329, and Wes Mini is $169. 


Previously catering to mummies who wanted to match their little boy or girl, Glitter Glam is now expanding its range to include dads as well. The entire family will be making a fashion station together with the pieces from this year’s Chinese New Year collection include dresses for mummy and her mini-me, and matching shirts for daddy. Prices for the kids’ outfits start at $33.90. Mum and dad’s start at $39.90. The boys and menswear is available only online and at the Harbourfront Centre outlet.

You’ve got chic mummy-and-me options with cute prints decorating the classic cheongsam silhouette. It’s pretty pricy for mummy options, some dresses go for $159 while little girl sizes are priced at $69 and up. Very adorable and non-conventional though!
