Here’s your chance to run shirtless for a good cause, wearing only your sports bra or the one that comes in your race pack. In fact, for every runner who goes shirtless, race organiser X-Change Republic will donate a support bra to Breast Reconstruction Awareness Singapore (BRAS), which is essential for breast cancer patients recovering from surgery.
Also happening on the same day is Yolo Yoga, a mass outdoor session by yoga accessories company Manduka. It is led by popular yoga instructor Liv Lo.

BCF’s Say #Breast. Save Lives, digital campaign encourages people to talk more openly about breast cancer by first learning to say the word “breast” to remove the awkwardness around it. Show your support by posting a video of yourself saying the word “breast” with the hashtag #breast and #bcfsg on any social media platform and nominate three or more friends to do the same.

The easiest way to show your solidarity for breast cancer patients as well as survivors, and to support breast cancer awareness in Singapore, is to wear a Pink Ribbon pin throughout October. A regular one goes for a minimum donation of $2, while a crystal-encrusted pin calls for a minimum donation of $5. These pins are available at the Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF) and its partner organisations all around Singapore. Visit .
