In a retro-themed issue that celebrates their 15th anniversary, the August cover of Men's Health Singapore features their first cover model, actor/host and father Allan Wu. True to the Men's Health form, Wu looks even fitter and better than he did 15 years ago. He also shares his fitness tips and tricks that are applicable for men and women of all ages. 

To complement this celebration, Men's Health is hosting their first-ever search for the next cover guy from its readers. If you know anyone who can match the physique of the men from past covers (swipe right to see more of them), enter them in the contest here from now till 31st August 2018.

Tip: “To anyone travelling, I recommend going for a jog first thing in the morning. It’s the perfect thing after a long flight. You would think a jog would make you feel more miserable, but it builds up your appetite, and that’s a good first day in any city.”

Tip: “You don’t have to diet, but you can’t avoid watching what you eat, so that when you want to really start getting back in shape, you don’t have too much fat at the start to slow you down.”
