She’s the designer who first made sneaker wedges so on-trend; now, Isabel Marant has turned her hand to a collaboration with global high street retailer H&M.

This latest designer collaboration will exude an effortlessly Parisian flair and be available in H&M stores worldwide from November 14, 2013.

The French designer’s high street collection will be inspired by her signature style of androgynous, menswear-inspired clothing. It’s got a bit of a rock ‘n’ roll feel, infused with laid-back bohemian look made edgy by the masculine tailoring.

“I am flattered by this collaboration: H&M works with the best designers and this invitation is an exciting honour,” says Isabel Marant. “I aim at creating something real, that women want to wear in their everyday lives, with a certain carelessness, which I think is very Parisian: You dress up, but do not pay too much attention and still look sexy.”

The men won’t miss out on the shopping either; as part of this H&M collaboration, the French designer will be designing menswear for the first time.

So mark the date in your calendar and get ready to line-up for a designer collaboration that you know you’ll want.
