Many of us are eagerly waiting for Black Friday deals to drop next week, but did you know ION already started their slew of deals on November 6? Head to Casa Loewe's first flagship store in Southeast Asia to check out the Loewe's capsule collections, home fragrance line and more. The store has a beautiful interior that makes you want to snap all your OOTD shots. Also new to the fashion arena in ION Orchard is Alexander McQueen, whose oak and walnut wood interior evokes a homely feeling. Other newcomers to the mall: Club Monaco, Valentino, Panerai and Love, Bonito.

Southeast Asia's first Jurassic World Cafe

If the walk through Changi Jurassic Mile is not enough to satiate your (or your man's) love for dinosaurs and the movie, head to ION Sky for an immersive dining experience. Expect Insta-worthy foods such as the Volcano Curry emulating lava from the active volcano in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Apart from taking photos of life-sized dinosaurs made of LEGO, you can also complete your experience by buying merch.

Be awed by the Magic Pinwheel Tree

Every year, we stop by ION Orchard to see what Christmas decorations they have put up, and you won't be disappointed with this year's. The centrepiece is the Magical Pinwheel Tree, which represents life and resilience, and honestly very apt for the situation in 2020. The tree is almost 20 metres tall, and has a lighted inner core with more than 250 pinwheels that light up to showcase a visual spectacle. What's more, each pinwheel is crafted using non-toxic materials that are fully recyclable through polypropylene recycling channels, reducing the amount of waste created.
