This is the chicest and most stylish way to wear a sheer top
Going sheer has never been easier! Find out how you can work this alluring top from your desk to after-hours parties

Sheer tops have never gone out of style, but they are probably one of the toughest sartorial puzzles to work out.
If you layer it too much, you defeat the purpose of picking a sheer top in the first place. However, if you reveal too much, you might be called out for public indecency.
Most of us go for the obvious pairing: a sheer top layered over a neutral or a tube top or a spaghetti tank top. While this combination might be foolproof, it’s boring and lacks a fashion punch.
With that in mind, we came up with this one easy yet interesting way of styling this party must-have piece!
When you layer, it’s wise to make use of contrasting textures to showcase the sheer fabric. In this case, we match velvet (which also happens to be this season’s hottest fabric!) to a sheer knit blouse.
Since you’ve already got the sexy vibe oozing out of your blouse, it’s best to keep the rest of the pieces smart and sleek. We skipped the short shorts and figure hugging skirts for a high-waist wide leg pants. This helps to keep the look chic, interesting, and far away from being inappropriate.
