Football fans, it’s time to gear up in Louis Vuitton’s Fifa 2018 World Cup collab collection

You’ve watched all the matches, you’ve got the jerseys and you’ve eaten more McDonald’s pizza kicks than you can count, but your hunger for everything World Cup has not been satiated - what’s next? For the more sartorially inclined among us, here’s one more way to show your love for the games and your favourite team: Louis Vuitton’s third collab with Fifa World Cup, which involves a limited edition trunk filled with soccer balls, and a collection of leather goods in the colours of this year’s emblem (that’s red, blue, and black).

For the team-up, the French luxury brand has unveiled three new projects. The first, and the grandest, is a special order Fifa World Cup Trophy Travel Case made to safely transport and display the Fifa World Cup Trophy. The hand-crafted case (pictured above) has already been revealed at the Opening Match on June 14, and will be brought out again on July 15 for the winners for the Final Match.

The second is a not-to-be-missed collector’s item - a limited-edition Fifa World Cup Official Match Ball Collection Trunk, which looks like the brand’s traditional wardrobe trunks on the outside, but opens to reveal a collection of 13 re-editions of the Official Match Balls used at Fifa World Cup tournaments since 1970, which are made especially for this project by Adidas. One additional football designed by Louis Vuitton will also be included in the trunk.

The third, and the most accessible, is the Fifa World Cup Official Licensed Product Collection, which offers exclusive  versions of Louis Vuitton’s Keepall and Apollo bags, and a selection of smaller leather goods, including wallets and name tags.

All products in the collection are made with a special embossed version of the brand’s Epi leather and will sport a specially designed Louis Vuitton Fifa World Cup logo. Prices range from $445 for a name tag to $5,950 for a Keepall.
