Nick flew his parents in for the bash in Mumbai that was hosted by Priyanka's folks. 

Nick's parents wore traditional Indian garb for the event, which was a sweet nod to the bride-to-be's heritage.

Judging from the pictures on social media, the couple took part in what appears to be a Lord Ganesha puja prayer ceremony.

The traditional ceremony is considered auspicious when someone is starting a new chapter of their life.

Nick's mom, Denise Jonas, posted a heart-warming message for the happy couple on social media as well, " 'I have found the one whom my heart loves' Song of Solomon 3:4. Congratulations on your engagement. Welcome to the family!'"
