Maybe you're having an impromptu round of drinks at home. Maybe you just realised that the recipe for ramen eggs calls for an ice bath to shock the eggs from overcooking. Instead of dashing out to your nearest convenience store, you can use Freez That! to make ice in mere 10 minutes. The unique mould structure, together with the cooling gel, helps to accelerate freezing. Just keep the tray in the freezer after each use, so that it's ready to rock whenever you need it.

Dry-aged steaks are prized for their complex flavours and tenderness, but let's be honest ─ they're quite a splurge too. So a couple of meat lovers got together to design The Steakager. It's a small Plexiglas box that fits right inside regular fridges, and lets you dry-age at least two good hulks of steak by controlling the humidity, temperature and air cicrculation; there's also a special UV lamp to keep things hygienic.

The Steakager has already started shipping to its backers.
