A leading light in the local fashion industry for decades, Tan Yoong was known for his ethereal gowns, impeccable craftsmanship and award-winning  designs. A former Art Director who turned to fashion, he created his own advertising campaigns which were truly works of art. He contributed his styling skills to Her World and Her World Brides magazines as well.
