Just for the month of August, this cafe that’s home to the iconic feline will be introducing few dishes with a local twist.
Two special pastas pay homage to Singapore’s birthday – Shrimply The Best ($17), consists of spaghetti tossed in hae bee hiam (spicy dried shrimp) sambal (spice mix), chopped garlic, chilli and tender chunks of teriyaki chicken thigh, while One Nation with Kitty ($17), is a spin on Mac & Cheese, with macaroni baked together with cheddar as well as sweet-savoury chicken bak kwa, served with a side of refreshing Mesclun salad.
What’s a birthday celebration without cake? Kitty’s Love for SGP ($15.50) is a stunning red velvet lava cake topped with strawberry froyo soft serve; accompanied with fresh strawberries and raspberries.

It’s hard to find a fruit Singaporeans love more than the durian so celebrate the king of fruits this National Day at Conrad Centennial Singapore.
