There’s nothing quite like the buffet spreads at Grand Hyatt Singapore.

This season, the luxury hotel has upped its ante on its festive-themed buffets (brunch, afternoon tea and dinner) at its award-winning restaurants.

You can even enjoy a Christmas home buffet with items prepared by Grand Hyatt Singapore’s team of chefs, selecting your favourites from the online Santa’s Shop.

Grand Hyatt Singapore will also ring in the new year in style with the Shades of Red countdown party, and five distinctive buffet feasts on Dec 31 2019.

The hotel lobby will be outfitted in crimson shades, and it will be transformed into a dance floor.

 

Savings - early bird discount

From now until Nov 30 2019, enjoy 20 per cent off all confirmed adult bookings for any New Year’s Eve buffet dinners.

From Dec 1, Club at the Hyatt members and in-house guests will enjoy 15 per cent off all confirmed bookings.

A full payment is required to confirm any booking.

Mezza9 will be serving items from its yummy new festive à la carte menu from Dec 1 to 25 that will include Whole-Roasted Rib-Eye and Glazed Chestnut Mont Blanc.

The Christmas Eve buffet dinner is a glorious spread of signature dishes – Roasted Whole Tom Turkey With Orange And Spices, Norwegian Atlantic Salmon Poke Bowl With Brown Rice, ‘Roemertopf’ Roasted Mottainai Lamb Shoulder, Gaeng Kiew Wan Gai Green Curry Chicken, Gingerbread Crumbs and Organic Coffee Crème Brulée, and more.

Serving a feast of international dishes from the restaurant’s six live kitchens, diners can indulge in distinctive Christmas flavours from all over the world at the Christmas Day Brunch on Christmas Day.

From Chinese, grill, Japanese, sustainable seafood, Thai to Western cuisines, and a rich selection of desserts and Christmas cakes from the patisserie.

The New Year’s Eve dinner is a thoughtfully sourced buffet of the best cuisines in the world that includes a selection of certified sustainable seafood and sashimi, air-flown oysters, Roasted Australian Angus Beef Rack, Spit Roasted Chimichurri-Rubbed Mottainai Lamb, Baked Maine Lobster ‘Thermidor Style’, and more.

For Christmas flavours closer to home, this is an eclectic buffet menu of authentic local Chinese, Indian, Malay, and Peranakan classics whipped up in Halal-certified kitchens.

In addition to Slow Roasted Tom Turkey, Traditional Roasted Potatoes, and Sautéed Brussel Sprouts, other celebratory must-haves include Kambing Kuzi Slow Cooked Mutton Stew from the Malay kitchen; Wok Fried Indo China Mud Crab from the Chinese kitchen; Tandoori Turkey Breast and Ajwaini Macchi Tikka Barramundi from the Indian Kitchen; and a sweet selection of more than 25 delightful local desserts.

Countdown to 2020 dining on some of Singapore’s most well-loved local dishes, featuring more than 100 authentic local Chinese, Malay and Indian dishes.

Shades of Red Countdown Party

Decked in red, the grand hotel lobby will be transformed into a dance floor featuring live entertainment – plus a bold collection of desserts will be presented by executive pastry chef Gottfried Schuetzenberger, along with free-flowing champagne from 9.30pm.

The dessert extravaganza includes Red Chocolate Fondue, Rouge Marche Featuring A Selection Of Red Fruits, Chocolate Xiao Long Bao, and more.

Tickets to the countdown party are included in the New Year’s Eve dinner, except Oasis. Additional tickets can be purchased at $90++.
