It’s that time of year again, when ghosts, werewolves and vampires roam the streets, and children line up for sweets. It's a great time to let loose and de-stress after the horrors of office life, but before you morph into a ghastly fiend, check out of list of the best places to indulge in some Halloween themed food and drink, before painting the town red with Singapore’s various Halloween themed parties.
