These are the rising stars luxury brands are just as obsessed with as us

We’re practically addicted to seeing these eye-candy worthy C-drama boys on our screens, and we aren’t the only ones. 

If you’ve been deep into your C-drama phase, chances are you’ve already clocked the steady stream of campaigns from luxury houses equally taken with these actors’ picture-perfect visuals and undeniable auras. 

And we’d have to admit, we too would be vying for these boys to represent our brand if it meant capturing the attention of their extensive, passionate fanbase. After all, who could resist a lineup of heart-throbs styled and posed to perfection? 

We’ve rounded up your favourite C-drama boys—and the luxury brands just as obsessed with them as we are. 

Zhang Linghe 

Gucci

By now, the internet’s (and brands’) newest crush and rising star Zhang Linghe is a household name. In 2024, the luxury house named the Pursuit of Jade and Story of Kunning Palace actor as their brand ambassador. His most recent campaign with the label saw him and Pursuit of Jade co-star Tian Xiwei in the jaw-dropping seductive power-couple Gucci Paparazzo shoot in April this year. 

Bvlgari 

In January this year, the “foundation general” kicked off his partnership with luxury fashion house Bvlgari as their newest brand ambassador for watches and jewellery.

Chopard

Zhang’s promotion from friend of Swiss luxury watches and jewellery retailer Chopard to ambassador in 2024 saw him front the house’s Sculpted By Light campaign, showcasing pieces from the Ice Cube jewellery collection alongside an Alpine Eagle timepiece. Since then, the actor has continued to strengthen his ties with the maison, attending the 78th edition of the Cannes Film Festival and a private Chopard dinner in Shanghai in 2025.

Roger Vivier

French luxury footwear and accessory brand Roger Vivier, owned by Tod’s, first announced Zhang as brand ambassador in 2024. The same year, he was featured in their Qixi (Chinese Valentine’s Day) campaign, which highlighted the Qixi-exclusive Viv’ Skate sneakers and Viv’ Choc Royale hobo bags. The actor has also appeared at the maison’s private dinners and events, including one in Shanghai in 2023 before being announced as brand ambassador.

Song Weilong

Gucci 

Gucci similarly tapped the charming Song Weilong—best known for stealing hearts in dramas Go Ahead and Find Yourself—for its Paparazzo campaign, delivering a series of equally heart-stopping images. The star had joined the Gucci family as an ambassador in 2024, the very same year as Zhang. 

Omega

In November 2025, Song also became the brand ambassador for Swiss luxury watchmaker Omega. He most recently starred in their campaign for the Planet Ocean timepiece in blue. 

Guerlain

It’s always a genius move to star C-drama actors as beauty ambassadors –their porcelain, glass-like complexions do half the talking. French luxury beauty house Guerlain did just that in Aug 2025, tapping Song as a makeup ambassador. For Valentine’s Day promotions this year, he reunited with his Shine On Me co-star Zhao Jinmai—also the brand’s skincare ambassador—for a campaign that doubled down on that luminous appeal. 

Mikimoto

You most likely have seen (or were there for) Song’s appearance at the Mikimoto store opening in Takashimaya in January this year which absolutely took over social media and saw fans squealing and lining up for hours just to sneak a peek of the star. Announced as the brand’s first male global brand ambassador in 2022, he has also since appeared in the Japanese fine jewellery house’s campaigns, including the Pearls of Love campaign with fellow Chinese actress Dilraba Dilmurat.

Dylan Wang 

Louis Vuitton 

Whether you’ve known him from his 2018 breakout role as beloved bad boy Dao Ming Si in Meteor Garden, or the intelligent Xu Qi’An from 2024-2025’s Guardians of the Dafeng, you’ve bound to have seen Dylan Wang’s picture perfect face somewhere on the internet before. 

In 2023, French luxury house Louis Vuitton announced Wang as their brand ambassador, who then starred in a video debuting the house’s collaboration line with Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama. He has since attended multiple of the brand’s fashion shows including a show in Hong Kong previously in 2023, and the Fall-Winter 2026-2027 show at Paris Fashion Week earlier this year.

Guerlain 

Previously appointed as the beauty house’s fragrance ambassador in 2024, Wang was promoted to their global ambassador in 2025. He has since starred in campaigns for their Abeille Royale glow moisturiser, as well as their Aqua Allegoria and L’art and La Matiere scent collection.

Hennessy

Announced as a partner for the China arm of drink brand Hennessy in 2024, Wang has been featured in their NBA x Hennessy 2025 campaign, on livestreams in 2026 as well as promotions for the Hennessy VSOP 520 gift box in 2025. 

Xiao Zhan

Gucci

It’s easy to see why actor-singer Xiao Zhan has been dubbed, “China’s King of Luxury” – his absolutely stunning features and string of luxury brand partnerships says it all. Best known for his roles in dramas The Untamed and The Longest Promise, has served as Gucci’s global brand ambassador since 2021. He’s been featured in campaigns for the iconic Horsebit 1955 bag, Link to Love fine jewellery line, and has attended their shows at Milan fashion week. 

Tod’s

Similarly in 2021, Xiao Zhan joined the Italian luxury brand Tod’s as their brand ambassador. He’s attended their shows, notably the Fall-Winter 2025/26 and 2026/27 shows in Milan, and recently starred in Tod’s Spring-Summer 2026 ad campaign.

Boucheron 

French high jewellery maison Boucheron also signed the actor as their brand ambassador in 2023. He starred in the maison’s 2024 Chinese New Year campaign which commemorated the start of the year of the Dragon and recently did a shoot in Paris for the brand in March this year on the street where Boucheron first opened a boutique in 1893.

Zenith

There’s no denying Swiss watchmaker Zenith struck gold when it brought Xiao Zhan on board as a brand ambassador. Just days after the partnership was announced in July 2021, devoted fans reportedly flooded Chinese social media platform Weibo with snapshots of their Zenith purchase receipts in a show of support, according to news outlet Business of Fashion.

Wang Yibo

Loewe

A definite favourite for brands is also China’s golden boy, actor, singer and motorcycle racer Wang Yi Bo, whose career first started as a member of K-pop boy band Uniq and rose to fame from C-dramas like The Untamed, Hidden Blade and Born to Fly. 

In 2024, he joined the Spanish luxury fashion house Loewe as one of their global ambassadors and has starred in campaigns from the Spring Summer 2025 campaign to a short film for the brand in January 2026 in commemoration of the Year of the Horse.

Jimmy Choo

In September the same year, British fashion house Jimmy Choo welcomed him as the house’s first male global brand ambassador. 

From fronting the brand’s 2024 fall campaign, the Spring 2025 campaign for the Diamond X II sneakers, and the promotion of the brand’s Spring 2026 men’s collection, there’s no doubt that he’s Jimmy Choo’s chosen poster boy. 

Chanel 

Announced as Chanel’s ambassador in 2021 at just 23, Wang became the house’s youngest male ambassador. He has since made public appearances, starred in numerous campaigns, and attended runway shows for the brand. Some notable features include the 2025 Coco crush campaign as well as Chanel Beauty’s Bleu de Chanel L’exclusif pop-up in Shanghai where he performed in a staged intimate concert. 

Audi

Wang has enjoyed a long-standing partnership with automotive giant Audi since 2019. In 2020, he was elevated to an Elite Club Ambassador — the highest endorsement title within the brand. Since then, he’s taken the wheel of multiple Audi models, even competing in an eight-hour endurance race in Shanghai in 2025 as part of China’s Uno Racing Team. From fronting campaigns for the Audi A5L to making appearances at launch events for the Audi A3L, Wang embodies the same sleek sophistication as the cars themselves.
