Feeling a little stiff? Know you need to do something to keep up with all the stresses of daily life? Or are you a full-on, pretzel-limbed young lady? 

It doesn’t matter if you can stand on your head for hours or think “yoga” is related to “yoghurt”, head down to Scape Play Space on May 15 and join this unique event – SHAPE Yoga in the City.

This is the first time a “mass yoga event” has been held in Singapore, so thanks to SHAPE you and about 200 other women will be able to be a part of something that’s not only good for you, but unique as well.

Starting at 7am – yes, I realise some of you are usually only just getting home around then – and led by Copper Crow, the country managing teacher for Pure Yoga, SHAPE Yoga in the City will be followed by food and drink and talks on wellness and staying fit. You’ll also get a really cool goodie bag.

Pure Yoga is one of the top yoga groups in the region and offer lots of different options when it comes to this particular form of exercise. The company’s teachers are all fully certified and there are beginners classes every month if you want to give yoga a try.

To be one of the 200 participants of SHAPE Yoga in the City, head to to register for just $15 – an absolute pittance for an hour of top yoga; plus all the extra goodies involved. Get your friends to sign up too, and don’t forget to bring a yoga mat!
