Where to watch the 2026 FIFA World Cup live in Singapore
Yes, the matches are happening in the wee hours, but that doesn’t mean you have to watch alone from your couch. Here’s where to catch all the World Cup action in Singapore, from sports bars to your nearest CC
By Shazrina Shamsudin -
World Cup fever is well and truly here. Since the football tournament kicked off on 12 June, the games being played across Canada, the USA and Mexico have had the whole world glued to their screens, Singapore included. The catch? Thanks to the timezone difference, most matches fall in the wee hours of the morning here, which makes finding a good spot to watch a little tricky.
That said, there are still plenty of places keeping their doors open through the night to screen the matches, from sports bars to community centres. Whether you’re rounding up a group of friends or just looking for somewhere to catch the bigger games, here’s our roundup of the best spots to get your football fix in Singapore.
Harry’s (Boat Quay)
Harry’s has several branches across the island, but it’s the Boat Quay outlet that’s doing World Cup screenings this season. Do note they won’t be showing every match and check their website for the full schedule, including timings and the food and drinks menu on matchdays. As for minimum spend, guests arriving between 6am and 11.30am will need to spend at least $15, while those coming in from 11.30pm to 6am will need to hit a $30 minimum (with a more limited menu during the wee hours). Planning to be there for the quarter finals? That bumps up to a $50 minimum spend per pax.
Harry’s (Boat Quay) is located at 28 Boat Quay, Singapore 049818
Terra Southbridge
A well-loved spot for football screenings along South Bridge Road, Terra Southbridge will be showing a selection of matches this month, though not all of them. Their full food and drinks menu for the World Cup period hasn’t been announced yet, but they’ve teased something along the lines of a hearty breakfast, fresh coffee and ice-cold beers on their Instagram. Best to give them a call to check availability and make a reservation before heading down.
Terra Southbridge is located at 210 South Bridge Rd, Singapore 058759
ARFC Woodleigh
A go-to haunt for football fans, ARFC at Woodleigh has been in the game for years and this World Cup is no exception. They’ll be screening a selection of matches live, including the late-night and early-morning ones. We’d recommend booking a table in advance via their Facebook page, especially for the popular matchdays. Driving there? Good news: they have free parking. And if you’re going for an early morning game, breakfast is available from 6am.
For more information, visit their Facebook page here. Or call them at 8820 8814 to reserve a table.
ARFC Woodleigh is located at 48 Woodleigh Park, PUB Recreation Club
Bar Soccer
If there’s one place that should be at the very top of your list, it’s Bar Soccer at Kallang Wave Mall. Big screens, ice-cold beer, air-conditioning and a crowd of people who love football as much as you do, what more could you ask for? For matches between 12am and 3am, you can simply walk in. For those starting from 5am onwards, it’s best to call ahead and reserve, as they need a minimum of 20 guests to run the screening. Each guest will have a minimum spend of $30, which comes with a complimentary drink and a snack.
Bar Soccer is located at 1 Stadium Place, #01-13, Kallang Wave Mall, 397628
Boomarang Bistro & Bar
If you want options, Boomarang Bistro & Bar along Robertson Quay has one of the most extensive screening schedules around this year, so we recommend checking their website for the full list of matches they’ll be showing. Early bird? Their popular hearty breakfasts are a great excuse to make a morning of it. Staying up late (or through the night)? You can still get drinks here into the early hours, from draught beer and wine to cocktails and more.
Boomerang Bistro & Bar is located at 60 Robertson Quay, #01-15 The Quayside, Singapore 238252
Wildseed Bar
For those who prefer a more relaxed setting, Wildseed Bar is a great option, especially if you’re planning to combine the match with breakfast or brunch. They’ll be screening 23 matches in total on the big screen.
Wildseed Bar is located at 3 Park Lane, Level 1B, Singapore 798387
Lau Pa Sat
For a more laid-back, no-fuss atmosphere, Lau Pa Sat is worth considering. Matches will be screened on two big screens, and the lively hawker setting makes it a great spot to soak in the atmosphere with fellow fans. Food and drinks will also be available into the late hours, so you won’t go hungry no matter when your game ends.
Lau Pa Sat is located at 18 Raffles Quay, Singapore 048582
Community Centres & Integrated Community Hubs
If you’re looking for something more affordable and community-spirited, you’re in luck. Over 50 Community Centres and Integrated Community Hubs across the island will be screening matches throughout the tournament, a fantastic option for gathering the whole gang without a minimum spend hanging over your heads. On top of the screenings, some venues will also be hosting activities like foosball, football, guessing games and community booths to keep the energy going.
