1. ME@OUE  

For those who want to experience Christmas, but need to please the whole family with varying cuisines, ME@OUE offers Japanese, French and Chinese food. Dishes like Coffee Baked Codfish Okra and the Sashimi spread take centrestage in this varied medley of foods. For dessert, tuck into the Buche De Noel, a dark chocolate parfait topped with salted caramel.

2. Festive at The Cliff

Have a six course dinner with a romantic ambience at The Cliff. Indulge in Lobster Broth with seared foie gras and shaved fennel, amongst other courses. The Kurobuta Pork Jowl is interestingly, served with caramelised apple and morel cream.

3. Joyeux Noël at The Terrace

The Joyeux Noël at The Terrace Christmas Eve buffet dinner features a carving station where diners can help themselves to traditional christmas roasts like turkey, baked gammon ham and a herb rubbed beef rump. There is also a Live BBQ station and the very indulgent menu features oysters, boston lobsters, scallops, mussels and dukka spiced mutton. On Christmas day itself, the Champagne Brunch Buffet lets the little ones can be entertained in the Kid’s Room with their very own buffet table amongst other entertainment. Meanwhile, the adults get to drink up on free flow Moet and Chandon champagne.

4. 1-Altitude
Caramelised foie gras with poached figs sound like honey on my tongue, as well as wood-fired King Prawn with broccoli, Sevruga caviar. If you like seafood, there’s a whole spread for Christmas brunch at 1-Altitude! Definitely give the Festive Dessert experience a chance, an interactive experience of assorted, bite sized delights. For the little ones, face painting and other games will be provided by Santa’s helpers!

5. Edge at Pan Pacific
Enjoy a classic pineapple and honey glazed gammon ham, and a not-so-classic Crispy spice pork knuckle at Edge at Pan Pacific. Spiced lamb short ribs are served later and create just the right amount of “active eating” before diners tuck into a traditional roasted turkey trimmed with festivities. For dessert, Edge offers slightly savoury options like Aniseed Ginger Vanilla Cheese logcake and fruit minced pie.
