This December, your favourite streaming platforms like Netflix, Disney+ and Viu have just unveiled a trove of fresh titles this year and we couldn't be more excited. In fact, we’re not surprised if you end up staying in to binge watch all your favourite shows during the holiday season.

Made in Korea 

Starring Hyun Bin, Jung Woo-sung, Woo Do-hwan, Seo Eun-soo, Won Ji-an and Jung Sung-il, this new K-drama on Disney+ is set in the turbulent 1970s. Made in Korea follows Kitae, a man driven by an unrelenting hunger for wealth and power, and Geonyoung, the principled prosecutor determined to stop him. Locked in a constant battle, the two are pulled into an era-defining incident that will change their lives forever.

Made in Korea will be available on Disney+ from 24 December

Are You Sure?! (Season 2)

Are You Sure?! Season 2 follows Jimin and Jung Kook as they embark on a 12-day journey across 8 episodes. Armed with nothing more than a shoestring budget and a well-worn guidebook, the pair will travel from the mountains of Switzerland to the beaches of Da Nang, Vietnam, facing challenges, laugh-out-loud moments and heartfelt experiences along the way.

I Am Boxer

If you’re into fitness competition reality shows, I Am Boxer on Disney+ is one you’ll want to check out. The series is a large-scale boxing survival show that mixes star power with real fighter energy, making every episode feel intense yet fun to watch.

The show is created by Ma Dong-seok (Don Lee), who brings his years of boxing experience to the role of mentor. Hosting duties go to Kim Jong-kook and Dex, who keep things engaging with their mix of expertise and easy charm.

What makes I Am Boxer stand out is its cast. Here, you can expect more than 90 contestants, ranging from actors and comedians to medalists and professional fighters, who will step into the ring without the usual weight or age categories.

Culinary Class Wars (Season 2)

This December, Netflix is cooking up a storm with a slew of new shows, and that includes the highly anticipated comeback of Culinary Class Wars. This time, a fresh wave of “Black Spoon” cooks faces the formidable “White Spoon” chefs in yet another epic culinary showdown. Expect bigger twists, sharper rivalries and dishes that push creativity to the limit.

Emily in Paris (Season 5)

Did someone say Emily in Paris? The crowd favourite (and yes, sometimes controversial) Netflix series is back for its fifth season, and you can expect plenty of drama. This time, Emily is settling into her new role as the head of Agence Grateau’s Rome office.

As she finds her way around the Eternal City, both her love life and career start to get a little messy. A work proposal goes off track, leading to heartbreak and some serious shake-ups. To ground herself again, Emily leans back into the French lifestyle she’s always adored. But just as things seem to settle, a major secret comes to light — one that could complicate one of her closest relationships.

Emily in Paris (Season 5) will be available on Netflix from 18 December

Sean Combs: The Reckoning

Sean Combs: The Reckoning is a four-part documentary that takes a closer look at the rise and fall of one of music’s most influential and now most controversial figures. Produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and directed by Alexandria Stapleton, the series traces how Combs built an empire, shaped the sound of hip-hop, and helped launch the careers of icons like The Notorious B.I.G. and Mary J. Blige.
The documentary also explores the darker side of his legacy. Former friends, colleagues and artists share stories that began surfacing publicly after Casandra Ventura’s lawsuit in 2023.

Lee Kwang-soo, Doh Kyung-soo (D.O.), and Kim Woo-bin are back for a brand-new adventure in ‘GBRB: Joy Pops Laugh Pops’. This time, the beloved trio are on a whirlwind trip across Mexico. Together, they must plan every detail of their trip—from itineraries and accommodations to food and activities while sticking to a painfully tight budget, promising plenty of laughter in every episode.

Chef of Antarctica



Culinary legend Paik Jong-won heads to the icy extremes of Antarctica to cook up soul-warming meals for the team of climate researchers there. In this show, they trade the red carpet for snow boots and face freezing temperatures and each other.
