The Secret World of Arrietty
If you’ve a soft spot for Studio Ghibli films, you wouldn’t want to miss this free film screening at the Japan Creative Centre. The titular heroine of The Secret World of Arrietty belongs to the tiny race of people called the Borrowers who live under the floors of human beings. Borrowers “borrow” things from humans and must move once discovered. However, life changes for the miniscule family when a budding friendship occurs between Arrietty and 12 year old human boy named Sho.
