Tiong Bahru Community Heritage Trail
Embark on this historic trail that tells the story of how Tiong Bahru, a former cemetery ground, became one of the most sought after residential places today. Learn about the rich architecture and famous food stalls in the area and let the birds serenade you in a bird-singing competition at the popular junction of Seng Poh Road and Tiong Bahru road.

Extreme Sailing Series
Come support Aberdeen Team Singapore skippered by Singaporean Scott Glen Sydney as they race against some of the top sailing teams on home waters in The Extreme Sailing Series. This race features a fleet of at least eight professional international teams competing in identical high-performance Extreme 40s catamarans against the iconic backdrop of the Singapore skyline in the Marina Bay Reservoir. Apart from the race, fans and spectators will be entertained at The Race Village with various fringe activities and F&B stalls.

Muay Thai Singapore Challenge 2013
Brace yourself for the inaugural Muay Thai Singapore Challenge 2013! Watch Muay Thai giants from around the region and “The Challenger Asia” finalists fight it out in the ring. One of the main highlights of the event is the Muay Thai Anti Drug (MAD) Belt, a charity fight in support of the “Muay Thai Against Drugs” campaign and our very own Mohd. Azhari, Zay Yar Oo, Ian Koh, Challi Bassina and Chai Kai Quan fighting for Singapore.

Asia’s Premier Fossil Exhibition
Be prepared for a glimpse into a lost world. Set in Stone Gallery brings a world-class collection of rare fossil pieces to Singapore this Friday at Asia’s Premier Fossil Exhibition. Highlights of the exhibition include the rare find of a remarkable palm leaf measuring 2 by 1 meters that was preserved in the sediments of an ancient lake, and the ichthyosaur and sea lily from Germany that are over 180 million years old.

3M Step-Up Challenge @ South East
Climb stairs and do your part for charity at this event. South East CDC and innovation company 3M will be holding their first ever Step-Up Challenge this year, a 20 flight stair climb initiative to help underprivileged students. The two-month campaign is targeting a record number of 3 million steps to be climbed. For every 100 steps, 3M will sponsor a 3M stationery product to these students.
