Sentosa’s First Penang Buffet by the Sea
He’s cooked for luminaries and runs a famous restaurant out of his home in Penang with his wife. Chef Qua Hun Siam will make his way to Singapore to cook up classic dishes like assam laksa, fried porridge and lor bak (or ngoh hiang as we call it here) which are all made using family recipes. It doesn’t get more authentic than this. The location also offers a great view of the fireworks from the nightly performance Songs of the Sea.
