Peek! x Zouk Presents An Impossible Project
The Impossible Project’s mission to preserve Polaroid films has made it to Singapore, with our favourite store for analogue cameras, Peek, being named its partner store. Both have teamed up with Zouk and local shutterbugs like blogger Stephanie Er (www.pootsville.com) and filmmaker Roystan Tan who will shoot on specially produced instant films for the night.

24th Singapore International Film Festival / Muppets, Music & Magic: Jim Henson’s Legacy
Catch the last three days of the festival which celebrates short films from all over the world. Highlights include Lights Out, a modern thriller with a cool score by alt-rock band Sonic Youth, and The Gang by Kelvin Sng which addresses a young man’s journey through the underworld.

Fans of the Muppets can also catch rare, exclusive footage of the Muppets at this Asian premiere. Celebrating its creator, Jim Henson’s 75th birthday, which falls on 24 September, his long-time publicist, Arthur Novell will also be present for a post-screening session to speak about his experiences with the Muppets.

Parks Festival 2011
