The Collector’s Show: Chimera
Private art collectors from Europe to South East Asia have opened up their precious stashes for this exhibition, lending 28 pieces to the Singapore Art Museum for visitors to experience. The pieces chosen are diverse, with works by Japan’s Takeshi Murakami, Yayoi Kurama, Indonesian artist collective Tromaroma, Korea’s 2010 Venice Biennale representative Lee Yong Baek and more.

The National Museum’s film retrospective The Golden Age Of Mexican Cinema continues with this family melodrama/comedy. A strict and conservative father in the 1940s finds himself with a new vacuum cleaner, refrigerator and quite suddenly, a door-to-door salesman as his future son-in-law. How will he deal with it?

Who’s Afraid of Virgina Woolf
