Read the third and final part of our interview series with the Singapore-bred, Instagram fitspo beauty where she tells us how to get glam with speed and style, something we all need when we’ve got dinner plans post-workout…

herworldPLUS: Apart from the resistance training and running that you regularly do, do you have a favourite class or activity that you enjoy?

Georgina Poh: I actually love yoga. I think it is a great way to help you to stay focused and it is something that doesn’t just train the body but the mind too. I also love the challenge that comes with it, what with all those inversions and balance poses! The feeling when you can finally master something is pretty amazing.

HWP: When you aren’t in your leggings and sports bra, what makes you feel most glamorous?

GP: I guess it would be when I am in dresses or skirts. My go-to outfits are definitely dresses and comfort is always top on my list!

HWP: Do you have a favourite lipstick shade, pair of heels or an outfit that you always wear?

GP: I don’t have the habit of wearing lipstick but my must-haves when it comes to make-up are my eyebrow pencil and eyeliner! I actually do not even own a proper pair of heels! I guess it’s due to my height. I am 1.7m and wearing heels makes me feel like a giant at times. My favorite footwear are definitely  the Tory Burch sandals that my boyfriend got me as they can pull both glamorous and casual looks together and are really comfy.
