Mongchin & Matthias' beautiful church wedding and Pan Pacific Singapore's ballroom dinner

Congratulations to our March cover girl, Mongchin Yeoh of @mongabong! 

She tied the knot on Saturday (23 Mar) to her beau of seven years, Matthias Lim, with a church ceremony, followed by a tea ceremony and ballroom dinner at Pan Pacific Singapore, all of which were executed with gorgeous details. 

Their day started out with the veil ceremony – cue the first tears of the wedding – before the beaming groom arrived to collect his bride, who wore a classy off-the-shoulder gown that complemented the theme of their church ceremony, which was "pure, simple, elegant and clean."

For the decor, Mongchin shared on Instagram that she wanted "something simple and romantic".

Her wedding stylist, Lalu of Wulala, perfectly realised her vision with a romantic and whimsical reception setting that included a greenery feature wall.

The celebrations that followed after took place in the beautiful venues of Pan Pacific Singapore - a tea ceremony at Keyaki Pavilion, and banquet at the Pacific Ballroom. 

"We did our Chinese tea ceremony at a gorgeous Japanese pavilion...I spotted this place when I first went to Keyaki for a lunch and thought it would be so beautiful for photos," she shared.

The beauty and lifestyle influencer changed into a bespoke floor-length red cheongsam by Divine Brides, and completed her bridal look with an elegant chignon for the traditional ceremony.

The day culminated with a ballroom dinner with their all their loved ones in attendance, and the couple made a dazzling entrance with the bride in a mermaid lace number also by Divine Brides.

The reception area was done up with a romantic and luxe colour palette of gold, white and pink, and featured a custom backdrop and standing flower arrangements.

In her post, Mongchin also shared how full their hearts were for seeing all their loved ones be there for their big day.

"Never in my life would I ever be able to experience an occasion like this where I can have everyone that loves @matthiashaha and I at the same place, at the same time again. To all our guests, our hearts are so full that you all made it for our big day." 

Congrats to the happy couple once more!
