Dior reveals how Song Hye Kyo's wedding dress was made

When South Korean actress Song Hye Kyo got married last Tuesday to co-star Song Joong Ki, she donned an elegant gown specially created for her by luxury fashion house Dior.

The creation of the gown, which draws inspiration from a black velvet piece from the label's Fal/Winter 2017 Couture collection, was created at Dior's atelier flou located at 30 Avenue Montaigne, Paris.  Designed by Artistic Director, Maria Grazia Chiuri, and with input from Song herself, the silk mikado dress features three-quarter sleeves, a square neckline with a modest slit and lace trimmings.

Groom Song Joong Ki wore a suit also from the French fashion house's menswear division, Dior Homme.
