Congratulations to world-renowned Chinese pianist Lang Lang, who has tied the knot. The 36-year-old musician revealed on his official Weibo account on Sunday (June 2) that he had married fellow pianist Gina Alice Redlinger, 24.
“I found my Alice. She is Gina Alice,” he captioned a series of the newlyweds’ wedding photos on Weibo.
The bride chose a glamorous Galia Lahav gown with voluminous sleeves and sheer panels for the couple’s pre-wedding portraits.
The pair had reportedly met in Berlin, Germany, had a romantic wedding reception at the Palace of Versailles in France. The bride donned a romantic tulle off-shoulder gown designed by Taiwanese bridal label Nicole Felicia Couture, as well as a red cheongsam. Guests included celebrity couples such as Mandopop king Jay Chou and his actress-model wife Hannah Quinlivan, and reportedly, American singer-songwriter John Legend.

Redlinger, who is of German and Korean heritage, graduated from Hochschule fur Musik und Theater Hamburg, one of the most prestigious academies of music in Germany. She has held three concerts at the Philharmonic Hall in Berlin. She has also performed concerts in China with Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Shenyang Symphony Orchestra.
Lang is the first Chinese pianist to be engaged by the Vienna Philharmonic, Berlin Philharmonic and all major American orchestras.
