The Blonde Salad's married! Chiara Ferragni's insanely extravagant Sicily wedding

If you thought the Crazy Rich Asians wedding scene was epic, well, wait till you see the Italian version of it - fashion blogger and entrepreneur Chiara Ferragni's extravagant nuptials held over the weekend. 

The IT girl, who has over 14 million followers on her Instagram, a footwear collection and The Blonde Salad website she's most known for under her name, wed Italian rapper Fedex in an elaborate celebration in a 19th-century palazzo in Noto, Sicily, Italy. The extravaganza kicked off with a lavish rehearsal dinner the day before at the historic Noto Bassi di Palazzo Nicolaci in Noto's city centre, in Southeastern Sicily.

The bride donned a glittery Prada cocktail dress for the occasion. 

The outdoor wedding ceremony itself was set at the bucolic Dimora Delle Balze, a gorgeous restored 19th-century building nestled in the countryside.

And the bride wore Dior.

Dior's Creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri created a custom Grace Kelly-inspired piece for Ferragni, with three quarter-sleeved crochet lace jumpsuit overlayed with a gossamery tulle A-line skirt. To top it off: A long simple veil, natural makeup and her hair in an elegant low chignon. The groom was sharp in Versace.

Celebrity event designer Vincenzo Dascanio dreamt up a canopy of white roses, hydrangeas and lush foliage, where the pair exchanged their vows.

Ferragni turned to Alberta Ferretti (in collaboration with Eco-Age) for her bridal party's feminine silk dresses in a pretty pastel pink, and created from eco-friendly material.

The second outfit of the night: Another custom Dior Haute Couture piece, this time in a light almond hue and embroidered with lyrics from a song Fedez wrote when proposing to her. It also bore motifs that held meaning to the couple: a lion in tribute to their son Leo, drawings of the places that define their relationship and even the wedding date on the straps where the Dior logo would usually go.

The pair took the celebration to a cave adorned with glimmering fairy lights. Guests dined on authetic Sicilian fare.

Swapping the long skirt for a tutu skirt made for dancing the night away. For the avid festival-goer: a Coachella-inspired amusement park bash of course, with a ferris wheel, carousel, custom-made claw machinesand live music!
