For a more personalised affair, the dedicated and experienced 1-Host team of wedding planners will be on-site to offer advice on making your dream wedding come true. Sample a wide range of gourmet selections suitable for an impressive gastronomic soiree or an intimate afternoon tea reception. Indulge in nature inspired dishes from CHEF DE Cuisine Florian Ridder as well as delectable wedding pastries and desserts curated by 1-Group’s Pastry Chef, Chef Jasmin Chew. Savour specialty cocktails designed by mixologist, Yadhaven Santheran. Explore the vast, beautiful compounds of The Summerhouse and indulge in an afternoon of romance with your loved one with activities such as a cocktail making session, simulated solemnisation and cake-cutting ceremonies and live band performances.
